It typically takes 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process an order and same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed late on Friday and over the weekend won’t ship until Monday at the earliest. Orders with express shipping receive priority picking and packing at our warehouse.

We’re happy to offer a 100 Night Trial for products purhcased on Rumpl.com. If, for whatever reason you aren’t happy, we’re happy to exchange or refund your purchase.

Exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit will be eligible for free returns. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.

To return a gift, please click the "Gift Returns & Exchanges" button on the Returns and Exchanges page. We will need the order number, shipping address, email, or name of the purchaser to process your gift return. We're happy to provide you with store credit, but we can’t imagine why you’d want to return such a thoughtful gift!

If you did not purchase your blanket from Rumpl.com, please return your product at the place you originally purchased it.
