It typically takes 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process an order and same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed late on Friday and over the weekend won’t ship until Monday at the earliest. Orders with express shipping receive priority picking and packing at our warehouse.

We’re happy to offer a 100 Night Trial for products purhcased on Rumpl.com. If, for whatever reason you aren’t happy, we’re happy to exchange or refund your purchase.
Exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit will be eligible for free returns. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.

Not digging that print? Need a different size? We feel you, and we want to make it easy to get a blanket you love. You can exchange any blanket that hasn’t been totally abused within 100 days of purchase.
Visit our Returns and Exchanges page to complete an exchange for another item! Select the ‘Shop Now’ option to use the credit from the item you are returning to purchase your new item. Exchanges for equally priced items come at no charge. Exchanges for different priced items will be billed/refunded accordingly depending on the price difference. The exchange order will ship upon the first tracking scan for the package being returned.
If you would like to have your exchange sent immediately, you can opt for an Instant Exchange by providing your payment information at the time of your exchange. You will only be charged if the return package does not receive a tracking scan within 14 days.
Clearance items marked as Final Sale are still eligible for the 1-Year Warranty on manufacturer defects. However, they are not eligible for our 100 Night Trial at this time.
Rumpl warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Rumpl reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from Rumpl.com or warranty registration (must be registered within 30 days of purchase) to be covered.
If a product is deemed defective, Rumpl will replace the item at no cost to you. (PLEASE NOTE: This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, fire damage, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed.)
Items purchased on Rumpl.com are automatically covered by our warranty policy. If you purchased your item at a different retailer (Amazon, REI, etc.), please register your item(s) using our warranty registration within 30 days of purchase to qualify.

We have blankets made for outdoor recreation and for indoor use in a range of prints and sizes.
Do not dry clean your blanket. Wash it at home or at a laundromat in a front-loading washer. If your machine has an agitator in it - WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING IT as it may cause stitching to come loose from aggression and may damage your blanket.
We strongly recommend air drying. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest tumble setting with the heat turned off. Excessive heat can damage your blanket.
Short answer, no. Please use a performance wash to gently clean and maintain the water-resistant treatment. We recommend Granger’s Performance Wash to all Rumpl owners but Sport-Wash™ or Nikwax Tech Wash™ work as well!
Having trouble packing your Rumpl blanket back into its stuff sack?
All of our Rumpl Puffy outdoor blankets include four corner loops to stake down to the ground, clip together in a number of ways, match perfectly with a Stash Mat, and any other use cases you can think of!
While our Puffy blankets aren't temperature rated, a 1-person or Travel-size should keep you plenty warm in 45° weather and above. Need something warmer? Cuddle up with a 2-Person size or layer two blankets.
In place of the Down Puffy Blanket, these sustainable blankets are made with an improved, partially plant-based version of our proprietary NanoLoft® insulation. This new insulation is designed to maximize compression and rebound, enhance heat retention, and minimize clumping after washes.

Accidents happen and stuff sacks go missing, but don't worry, Rumpl has you covered! The Cinch Sack fits most Rumpl blankets and is easy to carry.

The Camp Pillow is a full-size, supportive, and adjustable pillow. The Stuffable Pillowcase is case that turns into an instant pillow by doubling as storage for your clothes, towels, or other garments. It is also smaller in size than the Camp Pillow.
General
DWR is short for Durable Water Repellent. It’s a coating applied to many pieces of outdoor gear and apparel to add water resistance. The DWR coating we use on our blankets are completely free of PFAs.
There have been concerns about the waste generated from the production and application of DWR, and we’ve worked with our suppliers to choose a treatment that significantly reduces byproducts.
We've worked hard to incorporate post-consumer recycled materials into new and existing Rumpl products including the Original Puffy Blanket and the NanoLoft Puffy Blanket. We've used over 3,000,000 recycled plastic bottles in 2019 alone. Learn more here.
Rumpl products featuring DWR and/or anti-microbial coatings contain zero PFAs (polyfluoroalkyl substances) or PFCs (perfluorinated chemicals/perfluorocarbons). For more information, please visit our help center article.
Our down is 100% fair trade certified and obtained as a harm-free by-product of the food industry, meaning that nothing is live-plucked. Both our down supplier and our factory are audited yearly by the IDFL (International Down and Feather Testing Laboratory) and have received the Responsible Down Standard certification.

The only Rumpl product lines that are not vegan friendly are the Down Puffy Blanket, FeatherLite™ Puffy Blanket and the Merino SoftWool™ which have now been discontinued. Otherwise all other products that we make are completely vegan and use no animal products.
