Takibi (or “bonfire” in Japanese), is a foundational element of outdoor culture. The limited edition Rumpl x Snow Peak NanoLoft® Takibi Blanket has fire-resistant Snow Peak recycled fabric on one side and recycled Rumpl 20D ripstop nylon on the other.
Filled with Rumpl’s proprietary recycled NanoLoft® insulation, this blanket was made for nights around a bonfire, what Snow Peak calls Takibi Time.*Note: These blankets are made of fire-resistant, self-extinguishing features, but it is not fire proof.

Care
All Rumpl Puffy Blankets are machine washable. We recommend using a front-loading washing machine on cold and adding in a performance detergent like Grangers for the best cleaning results while preserving the DWR. Hang dry or toss in the dryer on tumble dry low.

This throw-sized blanket is made with a fire-resistant fabric topside and 20D Ripstop fabric for function and durability by the fire.
Tap into Takibi Time without worrying about dirt or stains. This blanket is treated with a PFAs-free DWR (durable water repellant) to keep it fresh for longer.
I’ve been chasing this blanket for some time now but refused to over pay on eBay. So glad they finally came out with a new version. Although I haven’t used it outside yet, the quality is beautiful and it’s nice and soft. Thanks to Campthropolgy for the heads up.

We bought this blanket for our new adventure van. We tried it out on our bed at home first to test the warmth. My husband was surprised it kept him cool and I was surprised it kept me warm! Only complaint on the bed at home was that it kept sliding off (we used it over a sheet). In the van we forwent the sheet and it was perfect. A little expensive of course, but compared to the alternatives I think the quality is better and it will be easy to clean since it's not down (but feels remarkably similar!). I also love that they give a nurse discount!

The number one for me is the design, I'm a 70s child and love the look of Blazing Gaia. I used my blanket on a recent camping trip and it was perfect! The only con is it's slippery.
