All Rumpl Puffy Blankets are machine washable. We recommend using a front-loading washing machine on cold, and adding in Grangers brand detergent for the best cleaning results while preserving the DWR. Hang dry or toss in the dryer on tumble dry low.

Non-PFAS Stain & Weather Resistant

The Original Puffy Blanket is treated with a non-PFAS durable water repellent (DWR) finish that repels moisture, spills, stains, sand, and soil. When you want to freshen up your blanket, you can machine wash in any front-loading washing machine and hang to dry.

Hands-Free Cape Clip®

Wear your Original Puffy Blanket hands-free with our newly redeisgned Cape Clip® connections. When you're ready to wind down, use the clips to fold over and secure your blanket into a makeshift sleeping bag.

Roll-Top Stuff Sack

Every Original Puffy Blanket comes standard with a roll-top stuff sack for increased compression and easy carrying.

Is this blanket waterproof?

All Rumpl Puffy blankets are treated with a PFAs-free 90/10 DWR, making it highly water and stain-resistant; however, they are not waterproof.

How warm is this blanket?

While our Puffy blankets aren't temperature rated, that should keep you plenty warm in 45° weather and above. Need something warmer? Cuddle up with a 2-Person size or layer two blankets.

How do I wash my Rumpl?

I was expecting the heavier version and disappointed to get such a light blanket. I do like the attachments that make it like a sleeping bag though.

Toasty down to 34°
I boondocked in my Airstream recently and it got down to 31° overnight- 34° inside the trailer. My animals and I all stayed toasty warm and had the best sleep of our lives with the two-person Original Puffy blanket. I didn't wake up a single time over the 11 hours I slept like a baby. And I was toasty warm when I woke up!
